mixed experience at this accommodation
basic room uncomfortable bed
the location was good.
The room i got was very small and quite basic. the bathroom felt cramped. I could barely turn around. the bed wasn't comfortable either. I could feel the springs.

excellent seaside stay
convenient location helpful staff
i found the location convenient (a tram stop was nearby). the buffet breakfast presented a very good selection. the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful .
I experienced a minor issue with the room size. It felt quite compact. this was slightly inconvenient, as i had limited space to move around comfortably.

The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of hot and cold items. i observed the dining area to be clean and well-kept. staff were attentive in clearing tables promptly. This ensured a pleasant dining experience.

The reception staff were efficient and courteous upon arrival. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel (i noted the public areas were consistently tidy). the bar service was prompt. Drink orders were fulfilled accurately.

the hotel features evening entertainment. a tram stop is conveniently located very close to the hotel. the hotel offered good value for money, which i appreciated.

friendly staff good breakfast clean room evening entertainment
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a good selection of options. The room was clean upon arrival. The bathroom had ample lighting, a definite plus. We enjoyed the evening entertainment provided. Bingo was a fun addition to the activities. I found the show bar fabulous with great service. Michael, the bar man, provided really good service throughout our stay.
The lift was small, accommodating only one person at a time.
